The beauty of 7th Settlement Brewery goes beyond brewing killer craft beers. It is more than a passion, calling, or science; it's a decade-long friendship and a dream come to a fruition. Our brewers, Nate and Josh, brew not only with their love and expertise for quality beer, but with deep respect for each other's skills. That long-thought plans of opening a brewery have come to become a reality still brings a smile to our brewer's faces every day. And the support for our New Hampshire craft brewery is constantly overwhelming. Seeing all of the hard work in planning, licensing, financing, building and brewing come to a head in a pint of 1623 Almighty Brown at the bar, we could never take a pint for granted at 7th Settlement.

Draft sample. Hazy yellow, good amount of carbonation. Aroma is so ght banana, faint lemon also with a slight off grain note. Flavor does show mild banana, citrus with again something is just slight off. Not Sour but not clean. Dusty yeast? Not awful yet, not clean.

Draft sample at the source. Amber color, brown hues. Aroma.is.Toasted grain, Toasted caramel.very light hop. Flavor is mostly the same with the hops showing herbal hints with a very light bitterness. Good amount of lingering Toasted grain. Respectable

Draft, thick lasting head from a nitro pour. Aroma is light chocolate with faint oats. Flavor is close to a Guinness clone. Light caramel, spent coffee grinds, weak chocolate. Body is lean for the style with a light creamy smoothness. Ok.

Growler shared during RBWG 2015 - Tampa. Pours clear, deep gold with a frothy white head. The nose has lightly toasted pine, mango, orange rind. Medium sweet flavor with crunchy pale malts, pith, rind and pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nice resinous pine finish with more rindy orange, rich pale malt sweetness. Very good.

Growler on the Brew Bus during the RBWG 2015 welcome event. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of biscuit, honey, floral. Tastes of citrus, honey, floral, malt. Medium body with a dry finish.

2/19/15. Growler shared by jcwattsrugger, RBWG 2015. Growler pours with a clear copper body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma offers up roasted malts, citrusy grapefruit and some mild resiny - woody pine hops. The taste starts with malty and resiny pine hops and then quickly getting into roasty to biscuit maltiness.
