12oz bottle-pours a dissipating off white head and amber color. Aroma is somewhat sweet medium malt-caramel, slight musty/yeast. Taste is somewhat sweet medium malt-caramel, slight musty/yeast, but also a serious detractor. Production issue!? [apparently not when on tap, from other reviews]

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy copper amber color with a medium frothy off white head and a lot of bubbles. The aroma is a strong caramel and metallic. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a sweet malt and a metallic finish. Not much going on with this pale lager from Big Easy.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours with a finger width off-white head and a slightly murky copper body with decent retention. Aroma of maple some soy and nutts. Taste is nutty with a note of maple and a bit of salt. Lightly fizzy and waterlike. Reminds me of a Vienna...

Very slight haze. Straw colour. Vague nose. Has a dry body. The malts are firm and breadcrusty. The continental hops are dry and clean. Spritzy, spicy finish. But for the barely-there aroma, this is nice kolsch.
