Pint on tap at brewhouse. Faint malt/hop nose. Hazy golden beer with small white head. Good lacing. Medium carbonation. Chalky mineral water mouthfeel with slight bitterness at first. Finish is fruity and caramel but not overly sweet. Very nice, moreish.

On tap at brewpub. Red/brown pint with solid cream head. Slight malt nose. No carbonation. Rich malt flavour. Toasty malt/chocolate finish. Gets better as it warms. Good but not as good as Wood Duck.

Strong coffee nose. Totally Black with cream-yellow head. Tastes like it smells, strong coffee. Beautiful mouthfeel, slightly bitter aftertaste. A joy to drink. This brew pub has commercial beers on tap. Why? When I ordered this the guy next to me ordered 2 Corona’s. Tourist area, that’s why. Be brave, drink this.

Beautiful inviting aroma, sweet malt. Looks great good creamy head. Tastes......creamy, bitter sweet aftertaste. Love this beer, highly sessionable. Hard not to have two....or three.

Draft at the source. Clear reddish amber color, medium white head. Aroma of lightly toasted caramel. Taste is mostly caramel, subtle dark fruit. Not bad.
