What could bring together a firefighter, sales rep, engineer, lawyer, and entrepreneur? In our case, it was beer. Our story began in a home kitchen where we started to learn the craft by brewing our first batch on the stove. We were instantly hooked on our new hobby - and the taste of our new product - so we decided to move operations to a larger space to brew bigger batches: a two-car garage. At the time, we had no bigger ambitions for our beer than to hang out with each other and enjoy what we brewed. But the beer was too good. At the encouragement of friends and fellow home brewers, we decided to turn our passion project into a bona fide business.

Our passion for creating grew beer continues in our current Taproom and brewery, a 20,000 square foot space with a 30 bbl brewhouse and cellar.

On tap at the Nook. Pours a clear, bronze color, with a big, foamy, beige head. The nose is blackberry leaves, juniper, rosemary, lavender, and cloves. Dry and malty, with a strong, zesty bitterness. Medium body, crisp, and lively. Quality, easy IPA.
