Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a very slightly hazy amber color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of faint leafy hops, apple and toasted malts. Taste is leafy hops, green apple, butter, caramel and faint nutty notes. Clean, crisp. Medium bodied. Good beer.
