Outlaw Brewing is your friendly neighborhood brewery located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. We strive to keep a new and exciting menu of 40-45 seasonal and experimental beers annually, featured on 16 tap handles. With a new beer release about every 10 days, a pool table, a foosball table, a variety of food trucks, and a popcorn maker (who doesn't love a free bar snack?), we are sure to have something to satisfy any preference!

Tap. Pours deep reddish hazel, small creamy tan head, great lacing. Aroma is malty, dark breads, molasses, roast, pine. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, a bit of acid. Medium body.

Tap. Pours clear chestnut, medium creamy tan head, great lacing. Aroma is roasty, ash, coffee. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, roasty, ashy, chocolate. A bit burned with some acidity. Fullish creamy body.

Tap. Pours hazy amber butterscotch, very small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is caramel, a bit of floral pine, bit of vomit. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, fortunately vomit free. Medium body. Meh.

Tap. Pours clear chestnut, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is wheat, dark bread, a bit of roast. Flavor is light plus sweet, a bit of molasses, very light bitter. Medium body. A bit life less for the style.

Tap. Pours hazy golden, medium creamy white head, great lacing. Aroma is grain, honey, floral. Flavor light sweet, very light bitter, floral and a bit grassy. Light body, a but of lingering bitterness. Decent for style.

Tap at the Slippery Otter in West Yellowstone, MT. Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is mostly chocolate. Med body. Flavor is chocolate and smooth dark malt. Mildly bitter and pretty tasty

Draught. Cloudy orange colour with thin white head. Lekker floral aroma, like walking into a well tended garden in early summer. Flavour is flat and bland, rather like an industrial lager, Uninteresting finish. Avoid.

Draft: Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Mild aroma, cocoa and roast. Tastes of milk chocolate and light roast. Very little bittersweetness. Body is thick and creamy.

Draft: Bronze color with a small tan head. Light aroma of yeast and citrus. Tastes fruity, toffee, and yeast. Mild in the sea of Belgian ales.
