Jul. ’16. On tap at the second BiH Craft Beer Festival, Mostar. It poured a hazy very dark brown body with a small brownish head. Lovely aroma of dark malts like caramel, licorice, coffee, only touched with hops. Flavor was also sweet, lightly, with coffee, dark fruits and cocoa to smooth it on the palate. Licorice note was there, too, but I was not sure was it just a combo of hops and alcohol, which was by the way very well hidden. Medium in body with long, smooth coffee, caramel and cocoa/dark chocolate finish spiced up a little bit with dry hops. Well rounded and a very nice roasted brown ale.

Jun. ’15. On tap at "Ima i moze" festival, Mostar. It poured a very hazy brown body with a huge brownish head. Sweetish malty aroma, toasted. Flavor was only lightly bitter at first, but sweet malt dominated. Fine cocoa, chocolate and dried fruits emerged. Full bodied and smooth. Quite long finish, *unreadable part in my notebook about it*. A nice and tasty brown ale.

Jun. ’15. On tap at "Ima i moze" festival, Mostar. It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Fruity, grapes and pine aroma. Flavor was lightly bitter, white grape skin and biscuite. Thin to medium bodied, but tasty when ABV is considered. Long, lightly bitter finish. Very nice, the best on the festival until that point, too bad I didn’t elaborate it more in the notes!

Jun. ’15. On tap at "Ima i moze" festival, Mostar. And day after on tap at Black Dog pub in the Old Town. It poured hazy pale yellow body with a bigger head. Smoked aroma, both cheese and ham. Neutral, lightly smoked flavor without any sour characteristics. Very lightly peaty. Thin to medium body with shorter, watery finish. Quite weak and maybe too simple, with smoked character as the only backbone but absolutely amazing they have made it!

Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and Oggy. Thanks! Due date was already over. Brown to black, leaving a trace on the glass. Aromas are more like a lambic, sourish, but it faintly remembers its sweetness. Not much else but bitterness in the finish. This beer was spoiled, but f*** it!

Hell herber, eher wenig hopfiger Antrunk. Leicht würzig, steigend bitter. Der Hopfen steigt etwas. Ziemlich bitteres Finish. 12/9/8/8/7/8

Herb muffiger Beginn. Leicht malzig, mild röstig, dann schnell schwächer werdend. Trocken röstiger Abgang mittellang. 9/7/7/7//7

On tap at Prvi Novosadski festival. Pours brown with medium head. Caramel, malty, some smoke. Unfortunately unpleasant flavor as well, not sure if it was phenolic, but it was off.

Bottle courtesy of Marko and ogivlado in Zagreb-Croatia, many thanks guys. Pours cloudy peach skin color, no head. Nose: medicinal herbs, chamomile, eucalyptus. Mouth: very clean with this medicinal balsamic mix but drinkable, tisane. Crazy!
