4oz pour at the Dresden Row taproom. Pours clear rose-gold. Aroma has nice blackberry notes. Flavour has lots of sugary blackberry. More like blackberry juice than a cider.

4oz pour at the Dresden Row taproom. Pours clear rose-gold. Aroma has strawberries and apples. Flavour has very sugary strawberries, apple skins, sweet rhubarb. Way too sweet, but does have a nice strawberry character.

4oz pour at the Dresden Row taproom. Pours murky, ruddy orange. Aroma has apples and citrus. Flavour is very sweet, mostly apples, with a hind of blood orange. Sugars completely drown out any subtelty.

4oz pour at Dresden Row taproom. Pours clear pale yellow. Flavour has crisp apples and a bit of farmhouse stuff. Flavour is semi-sweet, some apples and wood. Not bad.

6/10/2023. Taster at Ulfborg courtesy of saxo. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, funky, apple, caramel, baked apple. Medium to heavy sweetness, touch tart. Moderate body, quite lively. Decent.

[ As Bulwark Original Traditional Cider ].
ABV: 5.8%. ✅ Sparkling, hazy lopk, a light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is apple, apple pie, scrumpy apples, funk - barn touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple pie, baked apple. Body is medium, carbonation is soft to flat. [20231006]

Sample @Ulfborg. Cloudy light golden, white head. Funky yellow apples, mild barn. Sweet flavour, yellow apples, some tartness, light funk in the finish. Nice.

Sample. Yellow colour. Powerful barnyard apple aroma. Powerful dry apple flavor. Some barnyard notes. Long finish. Oily palate.
