Sample at the taproom during the "2016 Anniversary Stout Cellared Release" event on 06/27/2017. Brown-black color with a medium thick beige head that diminishes steadily to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Medium to full body with flavors of charred malt, bittersweet chocolate and coffee. The finish is smoked malt and chocolate. Pretty good overall.

Small patches of lace. Roast malt, chocolate and coffee aroma. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, cocoa and coffee. The finish is roasty with a malt and coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.

Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. Malt, caramel and fruit aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and a touch of earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste.
