Bottled, thasnk oh6gdx! Clear pale golden, brief head. Oily saaz aroma with orange and hay. Dryish and light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Light dougy malt covered in fair amount of pleasant saaz hops. A slight note of metal is all that hints about the reduced sugar content, but that’s well hidde amongst butterscotch and saaz hop as befits a Bohemian pilsener.

Bottle, thx to thewolf. A clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Grainy, fruity and grassy nose with some notes of green apples. In the mouth, it’s quite dry and with medium body fullness. Grass, grains and fruit flavor with a nice bitterness, especially in the finish. A boring beer, and not too flavorful either. Just not my cup of tea. (080823)

Bottled(500ml). -Reddish ruby coloured, medium sized pale beige head, slight malty nose. Toasted malty, toffee and light hoppy taste with notes of coffee, molasses and banana. Krušovice Černe is much better beer.

Bottle, 3.7%. Slightly medicinal aroma. Almost clear yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is grainy, slightly sour. Rough bitterness. Dry finish, obviously.

Courtesy of Degarth. Pours clear deep garnet with thin tan head. The aroma is big bold caramel candy. Wow. It’s like a vat of fresh caramel. I can also make out mild fruity esters and a note or two of toffee. Smells divine. The taste is thinner and less bold than the rich aroma seemed to hint at. I get lager like malts and yeast to go along with caramel, a grainy sensation and moderate spice hops. The hops seems to grow into the finish. Really enjoyable brew.

Bottled (BB 10/2008)
Golden color, small white head. Sweet wort-like bready aroma. Thin, crisp carbonation. Sweetish rubbery flavor with cardboardish notes. Oily plasticky aftertaste. Ice gold this is a standard non-alco (=not the worst of them)- similar to eg. Sinerbrychoff Nikolai NA, but there is no excuse to drink this ... only for rating purposes.
