Bottle: Pours a hazy straw color with a golden tint. One of the largest heads on a brew I’ve seen in a while... Fluffy and off-white, huge amounts of sticky lacing. Mellow aroma is citrus and florals, some sweetness. Really quite mild. Taste comes through strong in hops, again citrus and florals. A sweet, underlying fruitiness before a syrupy and resinlike hops takeover. Finishes with lingering floral bitters. Behind the mild nose there is solid flavor here. Damn, the emptier the pint, the better it gets...

12oz bottle. Cloudy golden orange-yellow color. Crisp hoppy aroma with some caramel sweetness. Earthy and bitter, with some soapy tones. Quite light and easy drinking in some ways, reminiscent of a British IPA or Bitter. The wheat addition manages to keep it real smooth and clean. Has a slightly odd finish, which makes me question how old the bottle is. Some lemon and butterscotch nuances make it a tad different than your typical IPA. Sort of like an aggressively bitter, thin bodied APA, with a cool, crisp bite. Grows on you, OK IPA.

An ale I’ve never heard of - from allendodd. Thanks again, guy! Pours a lightly hazy pale gold with a decent bubbly, fluffy white head. Big floral/citric aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is deceiving. Starts not hoppy, then destroys taste buds. Malt? Who knows. This is a very aggressively hopped ale. But it is very floral, so it’s not nasty, biting bitter. Or at least not all that much. The IBUs must be way up there. If you see it, don’t miss it.

Tap in St. Paul, forget the name of the place. Poured gold with a thin white head. Aroma consisted of a piney hop note, pretty much a one note aroma. Flavor is bitter through out but not very complex and quite one note.

Tap at barcade - this was one of the better beers of the night for me - poured nice and hazy - the aroma and flavor were both full of fresh, pine/citrus hop tanginess/bitterness - grapefruit pulp and a lot of orange flavor - sure, some flaws manifested as it warmed, but I made sure to drink it fast, because those hops sure were tasty.

Courtesy theisti. Amber color, light foamy head. Lightly hoppy, bits of citrus and pine. Light palate, very easy drinking. The wheat lightens it up a little. Mild bitter finish with a lingering grapefruit hoppy flavor.

Amber with a small white head. Pine hops and bready malt in the aroma. Dry and malty flavour with a bitter hoppy finish. Nothing bad, and nothing special about it.

Cloudy with a lot of unfiltered yeast floating about. Bitter finish with hints of spice and caramel. Nothing special--I’ve made beer that tasted as good as or better than this in my homebrewing days.

12 oz from Zipps in Minneapolis, MN. Pour is cloudy, hazy yellow gold with a solid rocky 2 inch head. Visible floating particulates, nice unfiltered look. Aroma of fresh bitter hops. Smells like fresh hay. Taste is more hoppy than expected, nice soft bitterness and earthiness. Palate is chewy, and fits the flavors nicely. Bitterness lasts. I really liked this one, good IPA.

Courtesy of Degarth. Pours hazy gold with thin white head. The aroma is a pleasing mixture of orange and pineapple juice and flowers along with fresh wheat bread, toffee and malty sweetness. The taste is similar to the nose. A different tasting IPA for sure with a pulse of pineapple with granny smith apples, citrus notes and some floral hop flavor and hop bitterness. The hops are backed up by a layer of maltiness from toffee, lightly roasted malts and some sweet malts.
