Can from the brewery. Cloudy pastel yellow with a tall head and some dark colored floaties. Nose of citrus, wheat, yuzu, coriander, and some marshmallow. Sweet with lots of yuzu and wheat, biscuit, grainy and doughy in a rather strange way. Full body, a bit too heavy for the style. Bitter finish. Decent but heavy and a bit low in attenuation. More hop and yuzu and less spice would also help.

Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, rice, caramel, fruit and hops. Medium sweetness, moderate fruity bitterness. Light to medium body, above average carbonation. OK but too fizzy.
