Bottle@TTBS - Black pour with thin tan head. Sweet and roasted malty with some liquorice and cocoa, caramel, ok initially but has a kind of strange off putting finish/aftertaste.

Bottle 33 cl. Hazy amber with tiny impurities and a dense, off-white head. Sweet, malty, caramellish nose. Medium body, sweet caramel and a slight tartness, very fruity. This has absolutely nothing to do with a Pale Lager - is it even bottom fermented? I’d call it an Amber Ale. 060116

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep golden with an off-white head. Comes gushing. Tart, fruity nose. Medium body, yeasty, Bretty, tart with a little citrusy hops and a late bitterness. Clearly infected, but sort of a "friendly" infection. 060116
