Tap at 4:20 in Rome-Italy. Very cloudy kind of juicy pale golden appearance almost yellow, medium white foam. Nose: a sweet note of yeast or bread or almonds milk (kinda), mild pale/pils malty notes, citric too and I spotted some grapefruit or spices far away. Crumb pops up when beer warms up. Mouth: minerals upfront, sparkling a bit, body is clean and moderately grassy. 26/12/2019: new rating. This beer has never been the same for more than a few months, quite influenced by an attentive tuning from the brewer. Now looks hay clean close to filtered with a tick medium white cap having retention. Nose is clean malty, citric and a bit floral. Bottle courtesy of Boban and Milivoje (hvala/grazie) shared with Mortlach in Rome-Italy. Orange pour clear, little off-white head. Nose: quite fruity but a bit empty (this bottle version). From the fermentor it was peachy and fruity. Mouth: carbonation is soft, a bit empty with a fruity character. I need to get back on this when I will drink it again on tap. This score means average between the fresh version and the bottled one. Bottle had something wrong, bummer. Back on this beer, 04/03/2017 in Nis-Serbia on tap at the source namely the Ministarstvo pub. Same appearance more golden. Nose is fruity, berries, some rustic hints perhaps similar to milled grains. Mouth is fruity, clean, silky, refreshing. Bitterness is moderate. Tasty

On tap at Gunners Pub, Belgrade. Pours deep orange with medium creamy off-white head. Hoppy, fruity aroma, peach, malty. Good bitter finish, quite smooth. Medium bodied.

On tap at Samo Pivo, Belgrade. Pours cloudy yellow with medium white head. Nice hoppy, fruity aroma. Tropical fruit, pine, citrus. Lasting bitter finish. Bit too much carbonation for my taste which makes it rough around the edges. Medium bodied.

On tap at Miner Pub, Belgrade. Pours black with medium beige head. Nice hoppy, fruity, citrus aroma, piney, moderate roastiness, grapefruit, coffee. Smooth, easy drinkable, moderate, lasting bitter finish. Very good.
