PET growler. Cloudy red, creamy sticky beige head. Some nice sticky lollipops and pine upfront, but not for long. You can catch some lemony notes, but after a while it’s mostly bready and doughy, with light hints of tart green fruit. The malts base is a nice balance of caramel, subtle ripe fruit and bread/cake, with nothing standing out. But... when you expect a good hoppy kick, all you get is harsh boozy and gluey bitterness, that would pass for a mitsne/mocne, if it wasn’t for the smooth creamy top-fermenting mouthfeel. As a DIPA it’s pretty much a failure.

Certainly better than the lagers I just tried. Some roast like the coffee smell of old Diners. Dark brown pour with decent head and lacing. Tangy finish. Easy drinking and decently done, though not quite at good as Porter. Tap poured into plastic bottle at Berr Shop in Chisinau (see photo).

Roast on top. Easy drinking, well balanced like trapeze artists. More like a Schwarzbier since flavor isn’t very pronounced. Some caramel. Black pour with good head and lacing. Best of the Gotter line. Tap at Beer Time.
