PET from a tap-shop. Clear amber, sticky off-white head. The aroma is not very big and pretty weird - green grass and garlic, earthy, malts and rotten fruit. The taste is just as weird - biscuity and rotten fruit malts, grarlicky hops, a touch of citrus and, if that’s not enough, some pickles too. The finish has a light to moderate bitterness with a spicy but somewhat harsh note to it, like those in harsh wines or really spicy hard cheeses.

Rund hopfiger, trocken süßer Beginn. Dabei steigt die Hopfigkeit leicht an, süffig, ziemlich trocken werdend. Herb süßer Nachhall, hell malzig, rund. 11/10/10/10//10

PET ON TAP.
Look: clear ruby-brown, beige-frothy head with below average retention.
Aroma: rye spice, sweet, caramel.
Taste: quite sweet, rye or dark bread character, a bit metallic, prickly carbonation, no biting acidity.

Thanks to Dorin for this plastic-bottle The beer starts smooth, yeasty with tart hints of banana. Nice. The bitterness in the end is also great, probably a bit rough, but nice. Full-bodied and easy to drink. The aftertaste is long, intense banana-bitter, slightly yeasty.

Thanks to Dorin for this plastic-bottle! The muddy-brown brew starts slightly sourish, very smooth and interesting-roasted. Probably rye-malt used here. The mainpart is roasted-smooth, due to the slightly sourish note highly drinkable. The bitterness in the end fits in great! Probably a bit rough, but I like this flavour here!

Thanks to Dorin for this plastic-bottle. I only know Kwas (квас) as a malt-lemonade from the Russian shops - so I’m very keen on trying a real alcoholic (and brewed!) Kwas!
The beer in the glass (and the clear bottle) is muddy-nut brown. The nose is very smooth, milk-chocolate and has hints of rye (which should be used in a real Kwas). The brew starts really a bit like the lemonade, but turns much more into a real brew than a lemonade quickly. Not highly carbonated. Nicely milk-sourish (lactic acid) with sweet hints. Highly drinkable. The rye-body is not too heavy, bit nicely roasted-nutty present. Milk-chocolate with caramel. And absolutely smooth! Absolutely great - nothing artificial on it - I really start liking real-made квас - but I think they’re quite hard to get :). On the tongue remains a sweetish milk-chocolate, lactic-acid aroma with the typical nutty rye-flavour.
A great brew! Even if the sweetnes doesn’t derive from the rye-malt I like this brew! Smooth, lots of rye and nice lactic acid! --> 12/12/12/12

Thanks to Dorin for this plastic-bottle. Dark and slightly muddy in the glass. The beer starts smooth, very smooth and dry. The mainpart is slightly sour with a very smooth and round body. Roasted grain. Amazing. Hints of milk chocolate and Espresso. Very nice! The aftertaste is smooth, slightly bitter and - smooth!
absolutely great beer - never expect to drink something as tasty as this from Moldova! --> 13/12/12/12

Thanks to Dorin for this plastic bottle. Muddy-golden in the glass. The nose is neutral. The beer starts smooth and malty. Hints of grain with a bit of sharp bitterness till the end. Nearly like the "normal" Blonda, probably a bit smoother due to the yeast. Probably that is why I like this one better!
