It needed a short fight to get the silly plastic stop from the bottle. Pale amber color, chunks of yeast. Oak, dust and dried apricot in the aroma. Full bodied. Thick and sweet fluid. Malty flavor with toffee, dried apricot, cream sherry, oak and grassy hops.
