Swing top bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a roughish, lacing, white head. Discreet malt aroma. Light body, slightly caramelly with wort accents and no real bitterness. Surprising to find wort notes in a 3,2% beer. And the color - Helles? No way. 240326

same brewery, same style, same ABV - so I assume it is the same beer; clear golden colour, large, dense and quite stable (ecru-ish-)white head; aroma of grainy, hay, some grassy and herbal notes; hoppy-bittery taste with some bread crusty and herbal notes; surprisingly good

It is an average beer, a typical Bavarian and Austrian lager, corn, malty, sweet, few hop, yellow color, average carbonation, 08.08.16, at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at one Otto'shop at Echandens.

For me, it is not a bad beer, classical German style, light, watery, malty, bready, sweet, some caramel note, hop for lager. 24.11.2019, at home, Epalinges.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden to amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, minimally toasty, pale malty aroma, minimally waxy, hoppy overtones,. Taste is strawy and grainy, minimally toasty, pale malty, slightly waxy, hoppy overtones, a touch of diluted caramel.
Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Simple, monotonous, expressioneless - I'd prefer pure water as thirst quencher.

Draught from LandBrot in west village. Poured on the lighter more translucent side of things, a bit more watery. not a bad Weisse.
