Salmon River Brewery makes award winning craft beer using as many local and regional ingredients as possible. We are a family friendly restaurant with rooftop and patio dining in the summer that features some of the best views in McCall. In the winter, we have an outdoor fire pit to warm your bones after a day at one of our local ski resorts or flying through powder on your snowmobile.

Taster flight at brewery. Dark brown pour, ring of tan head. Aroma is roasty, malty. Taste is a nice smooth roasty/toasty ale with mild bitterness. Very smooth and enjoyable.

Taster flight at brewery. Medium amber pour, silky head, solid lacing. Aroma is malty, caramel, dark bread. Taste is malty, woody, tannic, dry. Weak finish.

Taster flight at brewery. Pale golden pour, cloudy, fine head. Aroma is light coriander, herbal. Taste follows with more of the savory flavors, no peppery notes or orange peel.

Taster flight at brewery. Golden pour, clear, small cap of white foam. Aroma is biscuity with a nice fruity hop touch. Taste reflects more of the gentle hop character, smooth, light pine and citrus. Enjoyable.

Taster flight at Salmon River. Hazy yellow pour, fizzy head, small rings of lacing. Grapefruity aroma, zesty, a bit much perhaps. Taste is super zesty, acetic, sharp.
