Idaho Brewing Company's Tasting Room is one of Idaho Falls' best kept secrets. Offering twelve beers on tap, the Tasting Room has comfortable indoor seating with a stunning westward view overlooking the river, clean bar with friendly staff, and a cozy fireplace to chat beside. On tap at the Idaho Falls taproom lights foggy dark mahogany reddish brown pour. Thin fine off white head and lacing medium toasted roast malts and a smooth wiody slight sweetness. Smooth and some malty richness

On tap at the Idaho Falls BP dark brown pour with a fine tan head. Light sweet roast with chocolate and a little coffee. A little sweet and more nice semi sweet chocolate note at the end

On tap at NABA deep dark brown pour. Medium dark roast and chocolate aromas and flavors clean finish for such a big beer nice bitter chocolate finish

16oz can from The Grapevine. Pale golden pour, thin but persistent white foamy head. Grainy, biscuity aroma. Taste mirrors the nose, with a little bit of bitterness at the back, sweet.

Taster flight at the brewery.Light amber pour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet and the yeast not as up front as it should be. Taste follows, sweetness, rock sugar, bready, light yeastiness. Didin't sit right with me.
