Idaho Brewing Company's Tasting Room is one of Idaho Falls' best kept secrets. Offering twelve beers on tap, the Tasting Room has comfortable indoor seating with a stunning westward view overlooking the river, clean bar with friendly staff, and a cozy fireplace to chat beside. Taster at Eruption. Brown pour, spotty head and lacing. Aroma is toasty malts, sweet. Taste is sweet with the roast coming out a bit more, burnt toast.

Pint at brewery. Bright, clear golden, small cap of head. Fruity citrus aroma with a healthy dose of hops. Tsste has the hops front and center, with light malty, citrus notes.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp clear golden topped with a white head. Nose is big pine citrus hops and a rich malt. Taste is more of the nice nice big pine citrus kick and a grapefruit pithy bitterness on the end.
