Description
On the hill overlooking the Snake River and Pancheri Bridge, Idaho Brewing Company is tucked away on the corner of Trask St and South Capital Ave. Our Brew House brews eighteen (and counting) different styles with a 10-barrel brew system. Our brewers strive to reproduce, with fidelity, the recipes that have generated great beer time and again.

Idaho Brewing Company's Tasting Room is one of Idaho Falls' best kept secrets. Offering twelve beers on tap, the Tasting Room has comfortable indoor seating with a stunning westward view overlooking the river, clean bar with friendly staff, and a cozy fireplace to chat beside. We also have a large patio area where you can enjoy some fresh air with your fresh brew, a sunset, and maybe even some great live music! Be sure to check our calendar for upcoming events. Our distribution spans southern Idaho with eight of our styles available year round and several brewed seasonally. All of our styles offer intriguing and refreshing dimensions of enjoyment and you are sure to find one you love.

At Mountain Brewers Fest 2013
Cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffee and candy. Malty, yeast and toffee in the taste

On tap at the Mountain Brewers Festival 2013. Pours a dark copper color with a medium white head. A big nose of fruity and yeasty notes. Peppery flavor with some banana, strawberries, light caramel. Pretty nice.

On tap at the Mountain Brewers Festival 2013. Pours a deep brown color with a medium beige head. A sweet nose of chocolate and some dust. The flavor is light roast, chocolate, light caramel perhaps. Clean and tasty. Very rich.

On tap at the Mountain Brewers’ Fest 2013. Pours a clear light amber color with a medium white head. A sweet fruity nose with light yeast. The flavor is clean, some biscuit, a bit of berries, some rich earthy malts. Sweet, not dry. Nice.

On tap at the Barley Bros Brew Fest, Meridian ID. Deep clear amber with a modest light fan head. Not exactly "black" . Aroma is "amber" Flavor is a little "black". Some dark roared notes here but not quite up to what I expect a black lager to be. Clean and smooth...

Dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel and coffee. Taste is toasted malts and floral. Nice.

Draft at IDA airport. Great to see two local craft brews on at a small airport. Clear golden color, thick and creamy white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of grass, straw, pine. Taste is light grass and pale malts. Decent enough.
