On the hill overlooking the Snake River and Pancheri Bridge, Idaho Brewing Company is tucked away on the corner of Trask St and South Capital Ave. Our Brew House brews eighteen (and counting) different styles with a 10-barrel brew system. Our brewers strive to reproduce, with fidelity, the recipes that have generated great beer time and again.

Idaho Brewing Company's Tasting Room is one of Idaho Falls' best kept secrets. Offering twelve beers on tap, the Tasting Room has comfortable indoor seating with a stunning westward view overlooking the river, clean bar with friendly staff, and a cozy fireplace to chat beside. We also have a large patio area where you can enjoy some fresh air with your fresh brew, a sunset, and maybe even some great live music! Be sure to check our calendar for upcoming events. Bottle 12fl.oz.Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, butter, diacetyl. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, butter - toffee, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120515]

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel, fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, caramel, and a bit of fruit, leading to a dry finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a clear dark amber with a beige head leaving a discreet lacework. Discreet roast and caramel in the nose. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel, again subtle roast and a little caramel. Ends dry and bitterish though with no real distinctive hops sticking out. Straight, but almost more Amber than Brown. 150512
