On the hill overlooking the Snake River and Pancheri Bridge, Idaho Brewing Company is tucked away on the corner of Trask St and South Capital Ave. Our Brew House brews eighteen (and counting) different styles with a 10-barrel brew system. Our brewers strive to reproduce, with fidelity, the recipes that have generated great beer time and again.

Idaho Brewing Company's Tasting Room is one of Idaho Falls' best kept secrets. Offering twelve beers on tap, the Tasting Room has comfortable indoor seating with a stunning westward view overlooking the river, clean bar with friendly staff, and a cozy fireplace to chat beside. We also have a large patio area where you can enjoy some fresh air with your fresh brew, a sunset, and maybe even some great live music! Be sure to check our calendar for upcoming events. Our distribution spans southern Idaho with eight of our styles available year round and several brewed seasonally. All of our styles offer intriguing and refreshing dimensions of enjoyment and you are sure to find one you love.

On tap at the brewery pours out a dark brown topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice light ash roast malts and some grass. Taste is more of the nice light roast malts and a touch of coffee.

On tap at the brewery pours a crisp copper amber topped with sand head. Nose is sweet malts belg candy notes and spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts pit fruit almost and a little spice.

On tap at the brewery, taster. Nice copper colored pour, small foamy beige head. Nice, soft malty aroma, brown bread, caramel. More earthy malts in the flavor, coupled with a nice feel. Spot on....

On tap at the brewery, taster flight. Medium brown, clear pour with a light brown foamy head. Nutty, toasty malts, hint of hops. Straight forward brown ale taste, nutty, roasty with a gentle bitter finish. Solid brown ale.

On tap at the brewery pours out a pale crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grassy leaf hops and a little cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice light crisp hops and some leafy notes.
