On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice crisp cereal malt and a light grass notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts some grain and a light hop.

Tadter at brewery. Cross between a lager and a perry. Nice pear aroma and taste. Pale golden, small ring of head. Light and refreshing.

On tap at Marceres Cellar pours out light golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice sweet pear some apple and a little spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit notes pear leads the way and some honey.

Draft at Firehouse Grill in IF. Pours a brownish orange color with a monster beige head. Served waaaaay too cold, but at least the serving size was huge. Smells malty, earthy. Some hints of the smoked malt, a bit of toffee. Flavors of the smoked malt, not too smoky, a little sweet caramel. Lightly earthy and hints of florals. Drinks easy, especially for the style. A couple of these would sneak up on you.

Draft at Jaker’s in IF. Pours a very dark brown and topped with a thick creamy finger of tan head. Aroma is sweet and malty, some roast. Rich flavors of dark chocolate and roast, some lingering bitters. Creamy mouthfeel.
