[2/14/15] Draught at The Sycamore in San Francisco. Clear amber color. Aroma of lacto, malt, a bit of vinegar and an alcoholic note. Sourish flavor, slightly sweetish, with malt, lacto, fruits. Medium-bodied. Good.

On tap at a relatively new pizza place in Jack London. Pours with a very hazy golden hue body with a scant white head. Aromas are clean, crisp and biscuity with some DMS. Malty, a bit bland, light sulfur. Flavors are biscuity, floral, bready, low herbal hops. Non offensive. Medium carbonation and dry with a nicely malty balance. Easy drinking.
