Description

The bottle again looks wonderful, I like that layout. The beer in the glass... wow! Dark brown, light red ray, modest turbid and a huge head. Wonderful yeasty smoky-aroma. The beer starts strong yeasty like a good hefeweizen, wonderful fruity notes of ripe peaches, modest sweet, prickly yeasty. More and more smoky notes follow, not too much, the fruity notes dominate. Finish well balanced, some caramel notes, modest woody. Wonderful, could have a bottle of this every day!

The bottle looks really great, thats the way a special beer should be presented. The beer in the glass is deep orange, a bit brownish, nice creamy head. Aroma is fruity, modest dry. The beer starts strong, quite fruity, wonderful notes of orange and lemon, not too sourish. The beer gets drier in the end, finish is a bit woody with more bitter notes, but not too much. All in all the fruity notes dominate and make the beer very drinkable. A great one!

Bottle looks very, very good. Thats the way a special beer should be presented. Beer in the glass deep black, huge head. Aroma is malty-dry, modest spicy. Beer starts strong and intense malty, without being to much. Some soft notes of liquorice and bitter chocolate. Finish more and more earthy, a bit rusty, some bitter notes in the background. Well balanced, warming finish. Very nice porter!

The bottle looks incredible good. Thats the way a bottle has to look if you exspect something special in it. Beer in the glass very dark, not black, nice head. Malty aroma with caramel hints. Starts soft-malty, not too roasty, soft as velvet, modest sweet. Finish is very well balanced, a bit warming, modest sweet. Caramel notes appear again. Wonderful beer, hope the other BraufactuM beers are as good as this one!
