Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, cracker, pane tostato, erbaceo ed agrumi

Tap at Befed Mestre. Copper-amber colour and small beige head. Sweet caramel aroma with hints of diacetyl. Light-bodied. Caramalt, light berries, diacetyl and maybe some notes of tartness. Meh.

On tap at the Trieste location pours a clear amber with some lacing white head. Nose has yeast and soggy bread, some pear. Flavor has some caramel malt, muddled fall fruit, soggy bread crust, faint butterscotch. Watery finish.

On tap at the Trieste location pours a fizzy yellow with some foamy white head. Nose has perfume, lemon, cracked grain. Flavor is a little trashy, faint lemon, straw, some tannic malts. Watery and tannic on the end, which is hard to do.

Draught at the brewpub in Trieste. Clear deep amber color with medium creamy off-white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of caramel, butter, yeast and herbal hops. Taste starts with light sweet caramel and toasted malt, following is grainy and yeast sour with some citrus notes, too. Mouthfeel is quite tart, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Refreshing brew that is more sour than German bock beers...

Tap at BEFeD Aviano. Bright yellow color, large white head, spiderweb lacing. Aroma of citrus and black pepper. Taste is malty but well balanced, great body. Not my style, but a quality example.
