50 cl can from bulgarian supermarket in chania, crete, greece. clear pale yellow, large white bubbly head. mild malty aroma, also some alcohol bitterness and a very faint industrial hoppy bitterness. flavor is sweet malty, a little alc. bitterness, fruit peel bitterness, palate is quite soft. does taste like a cheap industrial lager, but the palate is very soft and it tastes like there might be a bit of wheat malts in there too. all in all not as bad as many more "east european" cheap pale lagers.

Bottle in Dryanovo. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Simple cereal in the nose, faint dough, hay. Light sweet flavour with mild bitter straw, more cereal, faint grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, with more simple pale grains, cereal, hay. Decent.

15/07/2016 sample from tap @ Iberostar Sunny Beach. Nose is wattery, sweet malty, so is the taste. Pfff. So... I got Bulgaria. Ooh yeah forgot: see through blonde with nice white head. Wondering if it contains hops
