Bottle from Etre. Slightly cloudy golden with white head. Apricots, some citrus, a bit of yeast and minerals. Slightly fragrant and perfumy. Solid!

Pours a bit unclear blonde. Large white head. Scent has funk, malty, bit hoppy touch. Buttery, almost. Taste is full, tart, beautifull acidity. Elegant malt forward profile. Cantillon-style funk, and even totallity reminds of a specifically good batch of Cantillon geuze. Impressive !

0.375 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', best before November 2028. Hazy, pale golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, rather fruity, gently floral aroma of ripe apple, lemon, pineapple, rosemary and sage indeed. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather fruity and moderately floral taste of ripe apple, gooseberry, lemon, white grapes, rosemary and sage, followed by a medium long, gently tart, slightly woody finish. Medium body, gently astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Unique beverage, unexpectedly herbal, really fresh and fruity. Very different from the grafs I've tried so far.

Taster at BXLBeerfest. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells funky, wood, cognac, hay, earthy. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, earthy, tea notes, bergamot, bit leathery, hay. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of gras, earthy and peppery notes
