(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy reddish amber with a fine and pretty solid beige coloured head. A bit too plenty CO2. Spicy, malty and very "Belgian" nose. Lovely soft with lots of roasted malt, caramel and brown sugar - and then a touch of spices. A very classical Dubbel. 191205

Hazy orange color, huge cloudy head, good lacing. Aroma is lemony, a bit fruity and with dry grassy/cardboard notes. Saaz-hops (or alike) dominate in the sweetish triple-enviroment. Semi-sugary, bitterish in the edges, found some coriander too. Personal enough, but not awesome.

(Bottle 25 cl) Hazy and very pale with a creamy and almost chemically white head - appearance is a bit like a Belgian Wit. Fruity, perfumy nose. Sweetish, fruity with distinct notes of apple. This is just one step up from apple juice. 031205

Clear amber brown color, decent off-white foamy head. A bit Orval-like citron/horseblanket/hops/yeast in the nose - some mango sweetness too. Malty, some licorice and fruity sweetness in the flavor. Hoppy aftertaste, also slightly alcoholic.

Very dark ruby, big cloudy tan head, lace. Fruity, slightly aromatic hoppy - anise aroma, a bit of brown sugar and roasted malts. Roasted malty, coffee, prunes ... not the winner but quite ordinary bruin - maltyness is a plus.

An unclear light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very sweet with light notes of apples. The flavor is also very sweet with a strong apple presence, but also notes of chewing gum. It seems a bit artificial.

Tan, biggish head; dark red-brown body. Sweet malty aroma with winey notes, faint chocolate, and some bread. Taste also sweet, but with a lot more roastiness, some chocolate, maybe anise? Faintly dry aftertaste. Very good, if perhaps slightly watery.
