0.375l bottle thanks to Lore. Chestnut body with a thin yolk head and floating sediment. Aroma of sour cherries, candi sugar, wood, chocolate and even some brandy. Taste of chocolate, sour cherry, balsamic vinegar and some brandy. Interesting beer. The balsamic vinegar character is quite unique. I like it.

Tap. Been a long time. Pours clear chestnut, pretty flat. Aroma is oak, vinous, hint of Kool aid, red grapes, tannins. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk. Medium body.

Euros beer 19/24 - Switzerland 🇨🇭 The rhubarb ends up tasting floral. A little bit of funk and tartness, but not as much as the aroma makes it seem.
