Bottle from Werksverkauf. Color: Slightly hazy golden, fast disappearing white head. Taste: Rather malty, lightly hints of yeast. Some hopbitterness coming in, but also fading out before the finish. Ok pilsener, but not one of the best. Could use some more hops in my opinion.

Bottle from Fleuther shop in Geldern. Color: Almost black, very thin beige head. Taste: Below medium sweet, hints of roasted malt, smooth, creamy with very strong notes of bourbon. Hints of caramel, strong notes of vanilla. Very easy drinkable. Where is the usual stout taste gone? Probably supplanted by the vanilla. No bitterness. Below medium body, soft carbonation. Nice finish. Very unusual but enjoyable stout. Although it also makes me curious how a more balanced version with less bourbon and the stout without bourbon would taste.

Bottle, got at Fleuther brewery shop on 16-12-2017. Color: Clear orange golden, very thin white head. Taste: Pretty sweet, malty, with fruity and bittery notes and some strange but not unpleasant rather sticky candy cane like notes towards the finish, probably all from the used pumpkins. Light bitter notes of hop. Slightly sour hints at finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Pretty nice beer, successful experiment in my opinion.

0.33 l bottle from ’Craftbeerspezialist’, best before August 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a massive, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, fruity-grassy, slightly floral and a bit peppery aroma of hay, lemon peel and pineapple. Sweetish, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy, slightly floral and a little yeasty taste of hay, lemon peel, pineapple and some honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy and a bit yeasty finish. Medium body, smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Decent stuff, quite refreshing and highly quaffable, just a but too yeasty.

Bottle: Golden and hazy with a dishwater-like sheen, rapidly vanishing loose white head; mild to moderate grainy-bitter nose with a delicate fruity-yeasty touch, herbal hops - hardly any traces of the announced Cascade hops detectable - in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied, malty base; drier and lingering bitter-aromatic finish with a pale-malty counterpart. O.K. ...
