Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Sweetish mild fruity nose. Not too deep, the sweetish apples with skin and overripe aroma is there, quite sourish with a dry sour aftertaste. Not too deep, sour fruity and refreshing, but not too aromaful. The wood is in the back, red apples, nice carbonation though.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, pale golden yellow with a white head. Just slightly sweetish, quite sourish, moderately fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Very dry, quite sour and a bit woody taste of green apples, wood and some pear, followed by a short, rather dry, moderately tart and a bit woody finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Nice!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear golden colour. Aroma of riped apples, grapes, mild sourish apples. Taste of mild sweet apples, vanilla, grapes.

Starke Karbonisierung. Trockene Apfelnoten, deutlich herb. Zum Mittelteil nimmt die Herbe deutlich ab, mittelstarke Würzigkeit, mit Zunahme der Trockeheit nimmt die allgemeine Aromatik ab. Kurzer Nachhall. OK. 8/7/6/7/8/7
