Bottle shared with Beerhunter111 & Koelschtrinker. Sourish tart beginning. Very dry, no sweetness left, but not much body here. Refreshing tart, fruity sourish in the aftertaste, sessionable.

Bottle shared with Beerhunter111, Koelschtrinker & Zlotta. Smooth and winey beginning. Soft an sourish, refreshing with fermented apples. Not too much depth, round and smooth with a bitter ending.

Bottle shared with Beerhunter111, Koelschtrinker & Zlotta. Smooth and slightly sweetish beginning. Tart, sweetish winey with a nice carbonation. The sweetness covers the light body a bit, sessionable with herbal hints, but I miss the depth a bit.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker, Beerhunter111 & Zlotta. Dry neutral beginning. Hints pf wood. No depth or much aroma. But this is due to the lack of this table-apple being useful for making ciders.
Awful neutral and tart aftertaste. Stupid idea of using this variety as a cider-apple.

Spritzig apfeliger Beginn. Leicht süß, insgesamt aber ausgewogen. Mit der Zeit wird die Trockenheit aber ziemlich stark, die Fruchtigkeit wird milder. Okay. 9/8/9/9/9/9
