Bottle shared with Beerhunter111 & Koelschtrinker. Bice dry beginning. The Mispel is there with its tannins, the sour apples fit in well. Very dry and sour, as it should be. Lots of tannins in the end with a nice intense sourness. Nice and sour-dry with tannins in the end.
