Sampled @ Braukunst Live 2019. A clear pale golden beer. Aroma of grains, wet hay, cereals. Taste of wet hay, cereals, boring.

Aroma is grainy malt. Nothing much. Taste is sour shallow malt. No body. Nothing there.

Hazy brown colour, beige foam. Nose of wheat, some banana, roasted malts. A bit messy and watery, not very nice.

Bottle. Clear golden color with hardly any head. Aroma is bready, a bit oxidized malts. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Not very good.

BKL2019. Gold, no head, light sugary, artificial lemon nose. Light body, a hint citrus, meh.

On tap at Frankie’s Pizza. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has has light grass, a touch of light citrus and a straw backbone. Flavor has light citrus and grass with grain and straw backing.

03-01-19 // on tap at Kilkenny irish Pub Hackescher Markt Berlin. This beer is brewed in memory to Graf Hacke, after whom the Hackescher markt is named. Seems to be only served at this Irish Pub and is brewed at Lemke according to Wikipedia. Clear golden, white head. Grainy with a metallic offnote. Not very special, boring and a little flawy.

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of spicy hops, grainy malt, cardboard. Taste of spicy hops, grainy malt, straw, cardboard, nothing special.
