Ik noem het maar altijd Oost Europese natte graan/mout, omdat ik die smaak vaak tegenkom in bier uit die hoek, dit smaakt net zo, natte bierviltjes/karton, wel iets beter maar de basis is voor mij niet een top smaak.
Maar goed, het is weg te werken…

Sample from a bottle at Zero, Kos. Supposedly a new beer from Kos but brewed at Mani. Grainy malty aroma with some yeasty notes, bittering hop, touch of apple. Moderate bitter with a little sweetness. Not bad, but could use a bit more carbonation.

Bottle at Utopia. Malty aroma and taste, light hoppy grassy notes, medium bitter. Medium body, malty bitter finish. Ok.

Bottled, huge thx heavy! Full golden body, hazy, big off-white head, fairly lasting. Flowery, herbal aroma, malty, sweetish, honeyish, mildly dusty. Sweetish, honeyish tasty, herbal, mildly tart and vaguely bitter around the finish, but mostly sweet, just a trace, traaace of green apple too. Solid enough!
