On tap at the brewery in sf. Clear deep amber , reddy brown coloured pour with a fading head. Aroma is sweet toffee apple, caramel, mineral. Flavour is composed of toffee and tangy apple, mineral, flabby. Palate is sweet, moderate carbonation, slight alcohol. No yeast character like a lot of these beers.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet milk choc, praline, vanilla, drinking chocolate. Palate is medium bodied, highish carbonation, grainy, drying finish. Powdery. Decent.
