0,33l bottle at home. BB 26.09.2016. dark yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells of grains, some sweetness, spices, peppery notes, light cardboardish, quite average smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes peppery, spices, some cardboard again, tobacco, light sweetness. finishes lighty bitter with some cardboard and peppery notes. not a fan.

I had a beer on the 14.02. from Neuwirth at the Bauernladen Die 3 Bauern in Citypark, Graz, the waitress had no idea which one it was (saying only something like semi dunkles and it wasn definitely gold). Mailed the brewery about it, no answer, so I’m putting it here like Ogi did. Poured a dark golden going ochre body with a medium sized persistent white head. Malty, grainy light nose. Light, slightly grainy maltiness, yeasty, some egginess, light hopiness, herbal, going way into the aftertaste. All in all quite nice.

Draught at Bauernladen Die 3 Bauern in Citypark, Graz.
I suppose this is the right one. Dark golden coloured, small white head, mild acidic nose. Rather sweet malty, fresh hoppy and hay taste with touch of alcohol in the finish. Refreshing.

I’ve asked the waitress which beers did they have. She said only Dinkel. So, who’s wrong Geiserich or me???
Cloudy dark yellow coloured, small white head that went away slowly, dusty light grainy nose. Grainy, hoppy, light yeasty and herbal with lemon acidity in the finish. Nice and refreshing Dinkel.
