Clear golden color, big cloudy white head, some lace. Grassy metallic and barnyardish nose. Medium-bodied. Starts quite watery, only some maltyness. A bit hoppy with very light buttery notes in the finish. This is their first beer, unfortunately not very exiciting.

RBESG08 grand tasting. As Tom puts it, this didn’t take the journey well. Poured a hazy yellow colour. Grainy nose with notes of beets. Taste... beets again, not much else. Bitter, slightly offensive in this state. Crap. I’ll rerate it as soon as I get to Prague. 3/3/4/2/7Rerate: So I got to Prague and tried it again. The beets are not as intensive as last time but still hidden in there. A light pils, not offensive, nothing special. Far from the best beer you can find in Prague.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours slight cloudy yellow and with a slowly collapsing white head. Light fruity hops aroma. Light fruity and mild cornish aroma. Has a nice fruity accent slowly merging with a more dry bitternes and light spice note. Ends dry and bitter.6-3-7-3-13=3.2
RBESG2008: From 1.5 L plastic bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a alacing white head. Cornish arom and mild yeasty. Flavour goes the same with a mild hoppy note. Ends dry and bitter to light sweet.6-3-6-3-11=2.9

Draught@brewpub. Slightly hazy yellow colour, big creamy white head. Aroma is cooked vegetables, malts, hops and some breadyness. Flavour is grass, mild diacetyl, dry hoppyness in finish. Refreshing atleast, otherwise a bit boring.

Draught at Pražský Most U Valsů, Prague. Clear golden, small head. Papery nose. Really dry with light-medium body. Clean, bready malt gets all the attention, there’s too little hop to make an impact. Salty finishw eith long bitterness. Feels a little lifeless - I was hoping for more.
