Złota mętna barwa, piana gęsta drobnopęcherzykowa. W aromacie wyraźne goździki oraz lekki banan. W smaku guma balonowa oraz goździki, w tle majaczy mocno dojrzały banan.

Barwa jasnozłota, solidne zmętnienie, piana dość obfita, w miarę trwała. W aromacie nie dzieje się nazbyt wiele, trochę goździka, lekki banan. W smaku zdecydowanie już czuć goździk, leciutko podchodzi pod bandaże, banan mocno schowany za nim, kwaskowość niewielka, pszeniczna słodowość. Wysycenie średnie, trochę brakuje, goryczka do średniej, wyczuwalna. Treść też mogłaby być nieco lepsza, lekko majaczący alkohol w miarę ogrzewania. Trochę niedociągnięć jest, na pewno Bukowe Berdo jest lepsze. Z braku opcji dobre i to.

Bottle from my brother. Hazy apple juice colour beer, lots of white foam, disappears immediately. Sweet, chemical bitterness in the nose. Some banana and yeast. Unbalanced. Not very good.

bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Deep black with a creamy beige-brown head. Dark malty start with chocolate, caramel, coffee, raisins, prunes... smooth and very velvety - a delightful Baltic Porter.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. Clear very pale golden. Aroma of apples, lots of sulphur, a bit of acetone, alcohol. Sweet flavor with apples, sugar, sulphur, and alcohol note. Drinkable but not good.

Bottle 400ml. [ As Cornelius Baltic Porter ].ABV: 9%. Clear dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, bread, light roasted. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, bread, dark fruit, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle from Prohibicja, Ostroda, Poland. Pours close to black with a light tan head. Aroma of sweet roasted coffee, plum and chocolate. Nicely balanced, good level of roasted malts. Body lighter than expected. Decent overall.

Pouring brown, with high beige head. Strong aroma of cereal. There’s also cherry and coffee. High sweetness, medium bitterness. Creamy texture, thick, full body. Really good and quite original approach to Baltic porter.
