Thanks Marin at O’Hara for sharing this! Orange-golden body with a medium white head. Sweet aroma, malty, banana, brown sugar, rather perfumey. Some mild marzipan perhaps, almond. Not a typical trippel, far from it. The taste verifies the same. Creamy, very creamy, sweet, notes of, well... almond and/or some manner of spice, vaaague orange juice. Disappears into something one can hardly call an aftertaste. Rating by style, this would be panned - overly sweet, misses the bitterness, the phenolics and where on earth is the aftertaste? It’s not a bad beer, but it’s not a well done tripel, and, in my case, that’s not a plus, as I love them. However, if you like your beers sweet and creamy, you’ll love it!
