Stubby 33cl bottle. Pours a clear gold, a cap of white head. Nose is OK, cheap malt, dried grass, a little skunky. Flavor is basic malt, some peppery hop, a little cardboard, some treacle. Off dry, flabby. Could be worse though.

Tap @ Beer Pub Garden, Pristina. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, little yeast, hops and has a malty finish.

# 4402; 10/2024. As Grembeer Traditional Beer, alc. 4,5 %. Malty, butter, grainy, spicy. Murky gold body; off-white head. Malty, grainy, light butter, yeasty, spicy, fruity, slightly polish. Good zwickl-style lager, higher level of diacetyl. 0,33 l, bottle, brewery, Klinë (Kosovo).

On tap at MIQT Pub, pours a dark murky amber with a small beige head. Aroma is all sorts of sour, with medicinal notes, tart red fruits and acetyldehyde. Flavour is even worse, with all sorts of acetyldehyde, sour fruits, and earthy notes. Tart and seriously infected. This shouldn't be sold.

No smell. Hazy golden colour, creamy white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruity finish. It's like they have used some weizen yeast here? Mostly sweet. Lively carbon. Weird, but beats any bulk lager any time.

Enormous thanks Alberto for bringing the growlers here! Misty darker reddish amber body, small off white head. Surprisingly nice little aroma, light berry jam, but not too sweet mixing with solid maltiness, mixing surprisingly well with creamy, soft diacetyl buttery notes underneath. Almost doesn’t seem like a flaw. Light taste, malty, vague dry maltiness, maybe nutty, creamy, vaguely soapy and herbal. notes of green fruit I guess mixing with the weak dry vaguely toasty malt. Soft and drinkable. Weak herbal hoppiness near the finish, popping its head for a second. It’s technically messy, but somehow all brought together by the creaminess and I’d actually drink it again!

Enormous thanks ippopotamo36 for the growlers! Hazy golden body, tinged with amber. Huge, rough cereal aroma, sweetish, light herbal touches here and there, trace diacetyl maybe, though definitely not up front. Simple soft sweetish taste, almost no hops really, just the simple, dull sweetish maltiness - allegedly due to the low quality malt from a Serbian malt producer. Slightly soapy and grainy, husky. Messy blend of flavors on a surprisingly nice body, drinkable really. Well, I can’t say I’m impressed by the beer overall, it needs some more tweaking, but I’m thrilled to have tried and glad that it exists and that new producers are brewing beer in those parts. I hope to try it at some point in the future fresh and tweaked.

On tap at City Sport restaurant in Gremnik/Grebnik (Kline/Klina) - Kosovo. Caramel dark pour, medium off-white foam with retention. Nose: a bit phenolic, licorice, mild cara notes. Mouth: frizzy spicy start, roast malt, dry finish with a little feel of milled barley. Decent and nice and promising.

On tap at City Sport restaurant in Gremnik/Grebnik (Kline/Klina) - Kosovo. Cloudy golden pour a bit dark, little white foam. Nose: a bit of a sweet malt feel, citric too. Mouth: medium-high carbonation, balanced tough a bit sweet, the finish lacks bitterness although is very promising. Solid and a good start which opens room to great improvement.
