Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy copper pour, huge frothy off-white head... again. CO2 party continues. Nose is somewhat sour, acidic. Some fruity and floral notes in the background. Light body, high carbonation. Fizzy, prickly mouthfeel, watery texture. Again, gets me bloated. Moderately sour taste with mild bitterness in the background. Aroma of yeast, citric acid, herbs, spice. Slight bready and malty notes. Short lasting finish, dry, tart, mild bitterness. I don't know. Bottling process obviously isn't their forte, hopefully one day I'll have the opportunity to try it on tap.

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy golden pour, huge soapy white head, long lasting. Sticky lacing on the glass. Definitely too much CO2 in a bottle. Fruity and herbal nose, citrus and pine notes. Floral background. Light body, high carbonation. Fizzy, prickly, aggressive. Too much CO2, makes me somewhat bloated. Watery texture. Moderately bitter taste balanced with sour notes and some sweetness in the aftertaste. Aroma of grains, malt, citrus and pine. Ripe tropical fruits notes, yeast. Floral notes, spice. Soapy Short lasting finish, dry, mild lingering bitterness. Average.

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy amber pour, huge frothy off-white head. Long lasting, excellent retention. Sticky lacing on the glass. Malty nose, nutty notes, caramel, bready. Vague honey in the background. Light body, lively carbonation. Fizzy mouthfeel, soft texture. Somewhat watery overall. Bittersweet taste, more on the bitter side. Malty and herbal aroma, caramel, lightly toasted. Bready notes, grassy hops, light citrus. Grainy aftertaste. Medium lasting finish, dry, slightly acidic. Ok but somewhat unbalanced and all over the place.
