Dass es sich bei dem "Uluru" überhaupt um ein Weizenbier handelt, sollte man die Sprache ein bisschen verstehen, so steht neben dem Namen nur "búza", was soviel wie "Weizen" bedeutet. Geschmacklich erinnert es eher an ein extrem stark gehopftes Imperial IPA mit einem kleinen fruchtigen Einschlag, den man mit dem Weizen erklären kann. Es ist kaltgehopft, was bei einem Weizen eher selten ist. Mir persönlich ist es zu bitter, aber ich bin sicher, dass das Bier auch seine Freunde findet.

Die Hoptop-Brauerei aus Budapest dürfte ein neuer großer Player der ungarischen Craftbier-Szene sein. Die Biere haben schon allerlei Preise gewonnen und das Faktum, dass ich 2 Flaschen bei einer Tankstelle im Kühlregal fand, zeigt, dass auch der Vertrieb gut geht. Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Pitch black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of licorice, dark chocolate and a touch of coffee. Quite sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of licorice, dark fruits and dark chocolate, followed by a medium long, roasty-bitter, slightly earthy and a rather warming finish. Medium to full body, creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Slightly hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, minimally sourish, quite fruity aroma of figs, lemon and some ginger. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity taste of lemon, rhubarb, some figs and a touch of wheat, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly minerally-salty finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
