On tap at Sir William's Pub, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, light floral notes and a hint of esters. Flavour is well-balanced, with saison yeast, light floral notes and a hint of citrus. Properly calibrated and attenuated. Very good.

Pours black, topped with beige had, pretty lasting. Aroma of milk chocolate, gentle roastiness, slightly burnt actually. Some nuts with cereal and blackberries. Silky body. Gently roasty upfront with medium bitterness, some wallnuts also in there. Lasting roasty aftertatse. Medium full body. Not a bad one.

Pours extra hazy, pale orange, topped with fluffy white head, medium sized. Very pleasant tropical fruit aroma - citruses and pineapple. Starts with pleasant citrusy feel, later taken over by a very sharp and strong herbal bitterness which stands out way too obviously. Light bodied, very dry finish and lasting aftertaste. Promises a lot with its nose and looks, but the bittenress is just way too sharp.

Pours hazy fiery orange, topped with larger soapy offwhite head. Gentle spicy nose with citruses, later on some hay and earthy presence. Taste similarly gently spiced, citruses again and stronger peppery saprkly feel in the finish, lasting in the aftertaste. Lighter body with very fresh feeling. Resfreshing thirst quencher and just great.

Pours hazy coppery-brown, topped with a larger, offwhite head, not really lasting. Gentle hoppy nose, fruity with sweet character, malty backbone more in the back. Gentler hoppy bitterness with slight peppery feel in the finish. Gentle but lasting aftertaste. Lighter body, very easy to drink, but also with some character.

Pours clear darker amber, topped with larger and creamy offwhite head. Lovely sweet and citrusy hoppy nose with gentler malty back, caramel. Sweetness held back with more pronounced bitterness, quite peppery and with citrusy character. Lating aftertaste. Fresh and very nice.

On tap at Sir William's Pub's 20th anniversary. Pours slightly hazy chestnut-amber, topped with smaller offwhite head. Gentle fruity nose with soem citrusy character and a bit sweaty. Yeasty start, herbal bitterness with some fruitiness in the finish that gets more noticeable in the aftertaste. Don't really know how to feel about this one.
