Točené (v minipivovaru):Cloudy, deep golden with an orangey sheen, mid-sized and very slowly collapsing creamy off-White head with a good lace, mild to moderate grapefruity to citrussy nose, supported by a sweetish-malty background; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, very soft, medium bodied; slightly lingering smooth bitter-hoppy finish, balanced by a solid amount of sweet pale malt. Čepované: Hazy, light amber coloured, small and stable off-white head, sweetish dark-malty to caramelly nose with a well detactable hoppy bitterness, delicate subdued coffeeish to toasty traces underneath; mild sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, not so soft, lingering sweet caramelly finish with a dry balancing hoppy and malty bitterness. Nice stuff…
