Bottle at THT thanks to my gf. Clear dark golden with big but short lasting off white head. Very floral, lime, light honey, lemon juice. Lots of flower and herbal notes that remind me of spring. Some light sweet malts underneath. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Keg at Les Trois 8, Paris. It pours dark red-brown with a medium off-white head. The nose is soft, jammy, fruity, bramble, glace cherry and soft honey. The taste is smooth, toasty, jammy fruits, red grape, some warming alcohol, earth and light floral notes with a smooth finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Well-rounded and quaffable. Good one.
