Behind Bendorf hides the name of a microbrewery. A microbrewery, or an urban craft beer factory, located in the Neudorf district, in the heart of Strasbourg! Founded at the beginning of 2013 by Benjamin Pastwa, the Bendorf brewery has continued to grow and this is how four people today ensure the proper functioning of the young company: Soizic, Félix, Matthieu and Benjamin . The goal of a brewery is of course to create, brew and then offer high quality beers with strong aromatic power for tasting. Our beers are generously hopped. At Bendorf, we love hops and we love working with it in all its forms.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2013. Pours muddy amber with a small creamy head. Phenolic yeast, wet dog, grain and caramel beneath. Scheiss.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, smoke, wood, malt, fruits and hops.

Bottle, 6%. Hazy dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, bread and yeast. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, bread, little acid, smoke and medium sweet.

Sampled @ RB Danish Summer Gathering 2013 day 2, Ulfborg. Bottle. Clear amber color, medium sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, lightly fruitpeel, sweet-bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Hmm ok beer.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is mild spiced, toasted. Smoked, tarish and bitter. Dry and smoked, almost iodine into the finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty weak grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with hoppy bitter hints. Has a fruity malty grainy hoppy bitter finish.
